The Cadillac Fairview shop! card®
Give the gift of choice and security. The shop! card® can be redeemed at over 4,000 fine stores in Cadillac Fairview shopping centres across Canada.  For more information, click here.

Lost and Found
If you have lost an item or find one during your shopping trip to Fairview, simply talk to one of our Guest Services Representatives, they would be glad to assist you.

Need Strollers?
Self-serve vending strollers are located on the Upper Level, in front of the TD Bank A(North West part of the mall - at Entrance #5).

There is a $5 fee to rent a stroller. The machine accepts credit cards, bills, loonies and toonies, with change-making capabilities. Upon return of the stroller, customers will receive a $1 rebate. *All of Fairview Mall's revenue from the strollers is donated.*

Wheelchair Loans
Wheelchairs are available on loan from the Guest Services kiosk for the convenience of elderly or handicapped patrons on a first come first serve basis. There is no fee required.

First Aid
From band-aids to ambulances, Guest Services works in partnership with our Security & Life Safety Team to ensure the safety of your visit is a priority.  We can provide you with a band-aid for scratches or an ambulance for emergencies.

City/Transit Information
FAIRVIEW is easily accessible by public transit as Don Mills station is directly connected to FAIRVIEW. 
Subway:  Via the Sheppard Line - exit at Don Mills Station - look for signs directing you to Fairview Mall (Sears entrance). 
Buses:  The following bus routes connect to FAIRVIEW via Don Mills Station: 10, 24A, 25, 85, 139, 167, 169, 190, 224, 368

Lock-Out Service & Car Boosting
If you're ever in a situation where you lock your keys in your car or your car battery needs a boost - Visit our Guest Services kiosk and we will provide this service free of charge.

Zip Car Rental Program

Fairview has found a greener and cleaner way to zip around with Zip Cars. (located on the south parking lot, facing Sheppard Ave E.)

Request your unique Zipcard to be mailed to you or pick up at their office.

Fairview's Zip Cars: 
        - $8 per hour (Mazda 3 sedan)
        - $11.25 per hour (Honda CRV)

Once your car and time slot is booked, walk up to your Zip Car at the time you scheduled it, flash your Zipcard on the windshield and the car responds by unlocking – get in and drive away!

All hourly fees and day rates include gas, insurance and 200 KMs per day.
