Glasses should fit comfortably on the bridge of your nose – without pinching. You should also be able to move around freely without your glasses sliding down your nose.

Frames should contrast with your face shape. Choose cat’s-eye frames for a longer face, and square frames for a round face.

If you’re going for a bold colour like orange, teal or purple, make sure it suits your skin tone. Cooler skin tones look best with grey, blue and pink frames; warmer skin tones look good with olive, orange or gold.
